First Performance Fan Poster Competition Terms & Conditions

1. License & Use

You grant Beetlejuice First National Tour LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print and distribute your artwork solely in connection with the October 8, 2025 performance of BEETLEJUICE.

This license is limited to public display and distribution at this event only and does not transfer ownership of your work.

2. Ownership & Originality

You confirm that you are the original creator of the submitted artwork and that you own all rights to it.

You warrant that your submission does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights of others.

If your artwork includes recognizable people or third-party content, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions.

3. Content and Guidelines

Submissions must be 14 inches x 22 inches at 300 DPI.

Artwork should be appropriate for public display and may not contain obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory material.

4. Compensation

No compensation will be provided for your submission, other than the opportunity for your artwork to be printed and shared at the October 8, 2025 performance.

5. Release & Waiver

By submitting, you release Beetlejuice First National Tour LLC, its producers, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all claims related to the use of your artwork in accordance with these terms.
